Very average hotel

Spacious room, studio. Good bed and water heater.

Outdated hotel, need some renovation. Room was decent, but wooden floor was scrathed and air con started make noise. Swimming pool without heating, so not enjoyable to go there. Taxis cant find this easily. Everything is far away, need twxi always, if 7 eleven is not enough. I think, 40e range there are better apartment to stay.

Spacious apartment with comfortable beds

The price for a 2 bedroom apartment is good. It is also family-friendly. The building has a playing ground on the same level as the swimming pool. The size of the room is big. Bed are comfortable and the staff are attentive and quick to help. The building is within a complex that has 711, self-service laundry, Starbucks, restaurants, and food stalls. Parking is also provided but make sure that you park in the provided space/area. I stayed for 4 nights.

There are no cooking utensils (pan and pots) provided, though there are stove and refrigerator. Spoons, forks, cups, glasses, bowls, and plates are provided along with the electric kettle. It is quite an old building/apartment that needs to revamp the decor and furniture, and the aircon is quite noisy.

Mostly good. Near Starbucks. Clean. Some staff was very friendly, others not so much.

Had some communication issues with a few of the staff, a smile didn’t help. Didn’t seem to be anything walkable. Tuk tuk or taxi to everything.

Quiet and peaceful location in Bangkok

I requested a quiet room away from the elevators and I was given a fantastic room far away from the elevators , I was very happy with the quiet room. Staff are excellent and friendly and helpful. 7/11 just a few metres from the property.

The actual location is a little bit far from everything and tucked away in a small side road so getting taxis back can be tricky . The Wi-Fi was strange because I had to sign in every time I left and then came back.

Not described as in booking.com adv, place is old , we booked a family suite with kitchen, but the receptionist told us that kitchen utensils are not included and we had to pay for it. Not very helpful staff, few spoke English, old rugs, old furniture , not much channels on tv , breakfast was average ,

This is the worst hotel we ever stayed in, the staff was...

This is the worst hotel we ever stayed in, the staff was most unfriendly and we felt cheated as they misbehaved with us on numerous occasions. We we're even charged for small stains on a pillow cover and towel , which when we washed at home were cleaned in one simple lolm wash. The staff specially the front end staff was very annoying

The staff were friendly and helpful

The photos for the resort are at least 5 years old and in no way represent the property in its current condition. Half the lights didn't work in the room, and it had a run-down feel to it.

Good for long stays!!

The largeness and decor around elevators. The size of rooms was pretty big too

Small issue- but the lobby is a mess behind the counter and to the sides. It takes away from the professionalism. Also, the sauna was not working:(

we booked the 2 bedroom family suite. It was very spacious. Pools and hot tub were outstanding! The shower and shower water temperature were the best we had in Thailand. The breakfast was excellent with wonderfully fresh choices. Comfy beds.

Not many restaurants options or entertainment in the area.

Wonderful

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always willing to help. Front desk staff helped arrange taxi for our sightseeing trips and accommodated us with a late check-out.

We rented a two bedroom apartment. There were some stains on the sofa. They could have provided clean towels each day rather than only when asked.

We are very satisfied with the overall service.

The hotel staff is very friendly and will always help you find a taxi or transport to the airport. We are very satisfied with the overall service—the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, and comfort. Even though we did not return to the hotel to stay there, we could leave our suitcases there for safekeeping for a few days while we were at sea.

The hotel is located on a remote street, and without the hotel's help, it is difficult to find a taxi. Although there were plates in the room, there were no cooking utensils as pots or pans.

1) Lost way of driving by google map when try to go to the hotel 2) Difficult to understand parking space, hope to be indicated where is the hotel parking clearly more 3) Toilet paper was remain only little, nothing spare roll also 4) Room cleaning staff come to room AM9:30 and pushed bell without ask anything, hope not to be pushed room bell, if nothing to ask us 5) Check inn after PM11:00, but price was over 1,800 Baht include breakfast, but hope to be discount more

we just slept nothing more

i dont know we were desprate to find a hotel after seeing belle serviced apartment which gave no service no reception desk no staff dirty and 3hours later to find out about all this filth i would not recommend any one to stay there unless you want to sit and wait for morning so you can book other hotel also as an advice if you are booking apartment also select hotel in your filter for booking.com that way you know the reception is attended and you dont have to go looking for answers about your stay on the streets of bangkok
